Le I dans LGBTQIA+ - Brussels Pride Week

Every year Pride Week celebrates the diversity of queer identities and struggles, but one letter remains all too often invisible: the I. People, who are affected by the same systemic oppressions as the other identities in the community, are cruelly lacking in visibility, even within our communities.

A conference/workshop project to raise awareness of intersex issues, designed for a public already at least a little aware of queer issues. The aim? To go beyond the basics and offer an in-depth understanding of intersex realities.

With an approach that is both educational and interactive, this conference will deconstruct preconceived ideas and question the place of intersex people within our communities.
